At Route Crafts, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Every order undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return

A return request will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit (reported within the specified timeframe).

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order by calling or WhatsApping +91 78872 54307, along with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product.

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Route Crafts.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or alterations.
  • Be in resaleable condition.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be dispatched back to us within 2 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).
  • Accessories such as belts, bags, wallets, masks, or similar items.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or an error on the part of Route Crafts.

Important Information

  • Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Route Crafts reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a return.
  • If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Route Crafts reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.
